TPS Invest in New Technology

Once again TPS have invested in the latest printing technology to provide its clients

with the highest quality and environmentally compliant printing.

We have recently installed two HP Z9000's and two HP 6100's.  These latest digital printers

from Hewlett Packard provide a superb balance of speed and quality, whilst using the latest

ink technology which is both UV stable and inert to the environment.

TPS Production Director Arthur Davies said

"At TPS we are reknowned foremost for our quality of production as well as our service

level.  After extensive market review we decided upon these HP printers as their quality

was far in excess of other systems available including Flat bed and Direct Media."

New lenticular offer from TPS

Having completed a full review of the lenticular image market TPS Visual Communications have now signed an exclusive deal in the USA to use a new technology to produce short run Lenticular images in the UK.

Lenticular has always been a popular choice by retailers in the UK as the "flip" style of multiple images enables movement and the ability to show multiple products on one single poster at the point of sale. Unfortunately until now the costs have been prohibitive in the general market.  Mark Mclennan -  Project Director at TPS commented "this is an important step forward in the services we can deliver to our clients old and new and brings this technology closer to general use in the point of sale environment"

For more information call the sales team on 01462 650700 or email mark.mclennan@tpsdisplay.com

Instore Show

TPS at the Instore Design and Marketing Show.

This year TPS Visual Communications made a big splash at the new format Instore Design and Marketing Show by sponsoring The Exhibitor and VIP Lounge that featured in the centre of the show. At 350 sq metres the area provided an area for delegates to relax with their clients whilst having a salad or sandwich accompanied by a glass of champagne. With over 600 visitors during the course of the show, the area proved to be a big hit with exhibitors and VIP's alike. TPS also had a stand opposite the area which featured a colour changing lightwall that also displayed the new Adlite SERIES-3 Lightbox and "Easy-Media" display units that were launched at the show. The Instore Show organisers also made use of TPS "Easy-Media" interactive units at various points around the show including the VIP Lounge, entrance to the conference areas and at the entrance to the show, for displaying detailed content of the conference programme. The information was updated each day by simply changing the plug-in flashcard with the new programme that was written for the show each day.

Easy Media

4 Buttons each side of the familiar looking screen allow users to navigate easily between displays and focus on what they want to find out. Each screen brings in 7 further options and a 'return to menu' function to let the user go deeper and deeper into finding out about a particular product or service. The amount of information capable of being offered is almost infinite. All the software/programme data is stored on a compact flashcard (as used in your digital camera) and can be updated easily by plugging in a new one. Easy-Media can be built into the TPS LiteWAVE system, as shown here, or simply added to a merchandising shelf by means of a special bracket. TPS can offer a complete content programming service as well as implement a network across the UK.
